The article analyzes the main trends in the legislation governing the registration of ownership of real estate, analyzes its challenges and draws conclusions regarding its possible prospects. It also studies a number of doctrinal sources on the issue and gives the positions of other scientists in the field of law. The conclusion contains both general provisions and a specific proposal for improving the legislative regulation of government registration of real estate.
