Approaches to forming the adaptation system for specialists at enterprises

Abstract

In the presented paper, it is noted that the employee adaptation process in the industry company is one of the most important areas of modern practice in human resources management which is aimed at reducing staff turnover and improving the performance of enterprises. A characteristic of the concept of adaptation and the role of onboarding in the personnel management system is given within the framework of the conducted research, the purpose of which was to analyze the issues of employee adaptation in the industry companies and the possibilities of building special adaptation programs following current market trends. A number of directions of the employee adaptation are highlighted in the context of modern development trends: personalization, which is aimed at a specifc employee in the process of adaptation; digitalization of processes; socialization and cultural assimilation; coaching; improvement based on data (efciency evaluation of the methods used in the adaptation system). The main rules of adaptation of employees in companies are formed on the basis of the studied practice of successful onboarding. It is concluded that the phased implementation of the proposed program will reduce staff turnover rates and, in general, increase the efciency of the personnel at enterprises.
