All that already now puts forward new requirements not only for the standards of the professional and higher education, but also for educational standards in general, since there is a need for graduates of educational organizations that are part of the vocational education system to acquire new professional competencies, which in principle, is obvious, but also new universal competencies, which are formed at all levels of education, and which are necessary for professional activities in the digital economy. Those competencies, which are becoming universal in nature in the context of the digital economy, include the society-wide, communicative, informational, entrepreneurial.
