Статьи Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ номера Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ñ‚ Ñ Ð²Ð¾ÐµÐ³Ð¾ рода итог прошедшего года и очередного Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ð¿Ð° реформ научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð¹ политики. Каковы же промежуточные результаты?Ð¡ÐµÐ³Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ Ð² РИРЦ Ð¸Ð½Ð´ÐµÐºÑ Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÑ‚Ñ Ñ 4300 Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ð¹Ñ ÐºÐ¸Ñ… научных журналов, их Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¾ ежегодно Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð°ÐµÑ‚ на Ð½ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¾ Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐ½ – видимо, недалек тот день, когда у каждого Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ð¹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ ученого Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ñ Ñ Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ журнал… Этому во многом будет Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ Ñ‚Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ предложенный Минобрнауки Ð Ð¾Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ð¸ критерий Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ научного Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ° – Â«ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð²Ð¾ учрежденных журналов»… То, что Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑˆÐ¸Ð½Ñ Ñ‚Ð²Ñƒ из Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ некогда, потому что нужно больше Ð¿Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ, Ð´ÐµÐ¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÑŽÑ‚ импакт-факторы 90% Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… научных журналов, Ñ Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»Ñ ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ðµ менее единицы.
