Digitalization of Education and EdTech as a Factor of Economic Development in the Context of Eurasian Integration

Abstract

The article considers the main concepts, directions and factors of the development of educational services digitalization in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The impact of digital education and online learning on the economic development of these states is assessed. A forecast of the growth in the number of Internet users until 2026 is made, since it can be an important indicator for the subsequent analysis of the dynamics of the online education market. A correlation and regression analysis of the factors influencing online education in Russia is carried out, the level and the nature of the relationship between GDP per capita and the factors influencing the development of Russian online education are determined, which allows to draw a conclusion about the prospects of this segment.
