Decision-Making Process In The Enterprises Logistic Systems

Abstract

This article considers the decision-making process in enterprise logistics systems based on minimizing the costs of analysis of the initial situation, by determining the sequence of the most significant indicators describing the situation. Various approaches to the construction of decision-making models are considered, a conceptual model of the decision support system is drawn up. The system of logistics management of the enterprise with application of special mathematical and software on the basis of the system approach and modeling methods is considered.
