Sociabilidade, sofrimento psíquico e lesões por esforços repetitivos entre caixas bancários

Abstract

Este estudo aborda as relações entre a organização de trabalho e o processo de adoecimento dos trabalhadores bancários, em particular os caixas. Utilizando-se de metodologia quantitativa e qualitativa o estudo demonstra que as condições de trabalho e a forma como se organiza a produção é responsável pelo processo de adoecimento, havendo fortes associações entre elas e o sofrimento psíquico e as Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos - LER.
