Abstract

Edição brasileira do Writers on organizations realizada pelo Grupo de Gestão Internacional e pelos doutorandos da turma 2000 do CEPEAD/UFMG, apresenta a Teoria Organizacional (TO) estruturada em seis temas: estrutura, ambiente, gestão, processo decisório, pessoas, e mudança e aprendizagem. A partir deles são agrupados estudiosos como Weber, Mintzberg, Fayol, Mayo, Morgan, entre outros, e discutidas suas contribuições. Assim, a publicação mapeia o desenvolvimento da TO com base em seus precursores
