Abstract

Em O Novo Jogo dos Negócios, os autores sugerem que há um abismo crescente entre organizações e indivíduos. A chamada "crise de transação". O valor passa a ser latente na experiência subjetiva de cada indivíduo. Zuboff e Maxmin propõem ser vital às organizações entender os novos indivíduos, pois é a partir de seus sonhos, desejos e necessidades que a nova lógica empresarial e o novo capitalismo deverão ser construídos
