Abstract

Obra em termos comuns no âmbito da administração, mais especificamente da administração de recursos humanos. O Modelo da Competência trata de questões relacionadas ao modelo de competências em uma continuação da discussão iniciada no livro, do mesmo autor: Objetivo Competência: por uma nova lógica (Editora Atlas, 198 p). Questões como o surgimento e definição do modelo de competência, o histórico dos modelos de qualificação e outras são abordadas neste livro, que retoma e se baseia em uma série de conferências realizadas pelo autor no ano de 2000
