O livro de Martin Parker, professor de teoria organizacional da Keele University, UK, é extremamente provocativo. Partindo de análises críticas de perspectivas como ética nos negócios, estudos críticos em administração e protestos anti-corporativos, discute que a administração é uma ideologia que serve para justificar crueldades e desigualdades. Texto de leitura fácil e agradável, é indicado para estudantes e professores de graduação e pós-graduação que pretendem aguçar uma visão crítica sobre a realidade corporativa.
