Abstract

Obra que trata da evolução do chamado pensamento administrativo, retratando como as teorias da Administração vêm explicando fenômenos organizacionais por diversos olhares, retratando a complexidade e multiplicidade daquilo que denominamos gestão. O livro também traz como contribuição importante em obras do gênero, dois capítulos com trabalhos de autores brasileiros utilizando abordagens teóricas de outras ciências até então pouco usadas em estudos organizacionais, enriquecendo tanto o próprio campo teórico, como ilustrando a sua configuração no Brasil.
