Livro de fôlego da Pearson (antiga Prentice-Hall), que começa a publicar no Brasil livros do tipo textbook, tão populares nos Estados Unidos. Esta nona (e penúltima) edição de Robbins tem leitura fácil e didática, com a vantagem da tradução competente em português. Deve interessar como livro-texto especialmente para cursos de MBA e Lato Sensu em disciplinas de Comportamento Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, entre outras.
