Abstract

A obra é uma coletânea de textos diferenciados sobre a dinâmica organizacional. Objetiva-se desconstruir a realidade, através do método etnográfico e da visão pós-moderna. O resultado são análises que cobrem desde um shopping center a uma escola para crianças cegas, passando pelas histórias em quadrinhos, entre outros temas. O livro contribui para a teoria organizacional, pois desvenda aspectos inexplorados nas organizações brasileiras e traz à tona metodologias inovadoras e pertinentes
