Abstract

-- الأستاذ الدكتور نزيه حماد غني عن التعريف والتقريظ، فهو من الفقهاء القليلين الذين جمعوا بين دقة الفهم ووضوح العبارة الفقهية وبين المعرفة والفهم العميق للمعاملات المالية المعاصرة المتجددة والمتطورة. ويحمل الكاتب تقديراً خاصاً للمؤلف ويدين له بعرفان التعلم، وإن كان من على البعد من خلال دراسة كثير من الفتاوى والآراء الفقهية التي دونها المؤلف الكريم خلال السنوات الست الماضية. وما حفزني لكتابة هذا التعليق هو محاولة استكمال لبنة في هذا البحث القيم الملح موضوعه، أحسب أن شدة الورع واختيار الأحوط هما وحدهما اللذان حالا بين المؤلف وبين وضع تلك اللبنة.
