Abstract

-- أرى لزاماً عليّ في بداية هذا التعقيب أن أزجي الشكر والتقدير للزميل الفاضل الدكتور رفيق المصري على جرأته العلمية في اختيار رأي ابن تيمية وترجيحه والانتصار له بخصوص سلعية الحلي والمصوغات الذهبية والفضية، وعدم اعتبارها من الأموال الربوية طالما أنها لا تُقصد لثمنيتها في العرف، وهي من الجرأة الممدوحة؛ الجرأة في الحق بحسب اعتقاده وما وصل إليه اجتهاده.
