Abstract

-- طلبت مني هيئة مجلة جامعة الملك عبد العزيز: الاقتصاد الإسلامي بجدة محسّنة الظنّ بي، كما جاء في خطاب مدير مركز أبحاث الاقتصاد الإسلامي، ذي الرقم 219/ص والتاريخ 27/1/1413هـ أن أكتب تعليقًا علميًّا على هذا البحث. وقد سبق أن طلب مني صاحب البحث نفسه محسّنًا ظنّه بي أن أقرأ بحثه وأكتب تعليقًا علميًّا عليه، غير مجاملٍ له، ولا مُتَجنٍّ على ما أرى من حق. لذا وجدت نفسي مُلزمًا بأن أقرأ البحث بأناة، وأُعلّق عليه في الموضوعات التي تقع في مجال تخصُّصي الفكري التأصيليّ، وتخصُّصي الشرعي، واعتبرت قيامي بهذا العمل واجبًا دينيًّا في المرتبة الأولى، وواجبًا علميًّا تجاه مؤسسة تهتم مشكورة مأجورة عند الله بخدمة الإسلام، والفكر الإسلامي في مجال الاقتصاد.
