-- بَيَّنَ الدكتوران الفاضلان في أول بحثهما أن الهدف منه هو عرض الآراء المختلفة في هذا الموضوع الهام، ومقارنتها، وتقديم حل جديد يضاف إلى الآراء السابقة، طامعين في أن يساعد عملهما هذا في إنضاج الموضوع، والتمهيد لمناقشته الجماعية في مجمع فقهي، أو ندوة متخصصة.
