Abstract

-- أود أولاً أن أشكر للدكتور أحمد محي الدين اهتمامه بالموضوع وقراءته للبحث، ولدي عدد من الملاحظات على تعليقه أبدأ بأهمها وهي الملاحظات الموضوعية: فقد أبدى المعلق اعتراضه على ضمان فريق ثالث في سندات القراض من وجهتين: هما فلسفة إنشاء البنوك الإسلامية، وأحكام الفقه الإسلامي.
