Abstract

-- اطلعت أخيرًا في العدد الأول، المجلد الثالث الصادر في صيف 1405هـ-1985م من مجلة أبحاث الاقتصاد الإسلامي التي يصدرها "مركز أبحاث الاقتصاد الإسلامي- جامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجدة" على رأي الأخ الكريم الأستاذ الصديق محمد الأمين الضرير حفظه الله المنشور في ص112 منه، ولم يتيسر لي الإطلاع على رأيه المفصل الذي نشر قبل ذلك. ولي على هذا الرأي تعليق أوجزه فيما يلي خدمة للفقه الإسلامي والنظر فيه في الواقعات.
