-- نشرت هذه المجلة مجلة أبحاث الاقتصاد الإسلامي في عددها الثاني من المجلد الثاني (شتاء 1405هـ-1985م. ص 89-97) تحت عنوان رئيسي مقالات للمناقشة مقالاً للأستاذ الكبير مصطفى أحمد الزرقاء، حفظه الله، بعنوان هل يقبل شرعًا الحكم على المدين المماطل بالتعويض على الدائن؟ انتهى فيه في الخلاصة إلى قوله أولاً: إنني أرى أن مبدأ تعويض الدائن عن ضرره نتيجة لتأخر المدين عن وفاء الدين في موعده هو مبدأ مقبول فقهًا. ولا يوجد في نصوص الشريعة وأصولها ومقاصدها العامة ما يتنافى معه. بل بالعكس يوجد ما يؤيده ويوجبه..
