The Modern Quranic Methodology for Islamic Economy منهجية الاقتصاد الإسلامي (القرآني) الحديث ومعالمه

Abstract

A review for the methodology for writing in Islamic economic paradigms, Islamic economic system and Islamic economics is called for In this article. Methodology based on Quranic interpretation of economic behavior is suggested to rewrite Islamic economic paradigms, Islamic economic system and Islamic economics, which can be called Quranic economics, which can be describe as a moral humanistic economic, it based on normal economic behavior of the economic agents and collective of values and norms ,and restrictions drive from Shria. The Quranic economic objective is to achieve justice and balance in economic relationships among economic agents, and balance between public and private interest, and social solidarity among individuals and welfare to society. يدعو المقال إلى إعادة النظر في المنهجية التي يتبعها الكتاب في التأصيل للكتابة في الاقتصاد الإسلامي مذهبًا ونظامًا وعلمًا، ويقترح منهجية تقوم على استنباط الاقتصاد الإسلامي من القرآن وأقترح أن يسمى الاقتصاد القرآني، والاقتصاد القرآني يمكن وصفه بأنه اقتصاد أخلاقي إنساني مبني على السلوك الاقتصادي الغريزي الإنساني، وعلى مجموعة من القيم والأخلاق والضوابط المستمدة من الشريعة الإسلامية، والتي تهدف إلى ضبط وتنظيم السلوك الاقتصادي للإنسان لتحقيق توازنه المبني على مبدأ العدالة في العلاقات بين الأفراد وبين الوحدات الاقتصادية، والتوازن بين المصالح الخاصة العامة وتحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي بين أفراد المجتمع، وبذلك يحقق وظيفة الاستخلاف التي خلق الله البشر لتحقيقها، والتي تؤدي إلى التوازن بين الاحتياجات الروحية والمادية للفرد والتوازن بين مصلحة الفرد والجماعة، وتحقيق الرفاهية للفرد والمجتمع، وقد أرجع الكاتب السبب في عدم تطور الاقتصاد الإسلامي إلى عدم وجود منهجية واضحة متفق عليها للكتابة عن الاقتصاد الإسلامي، والذي أدى إلى تبعثر الكتابات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي.
