Abstract

-- على الرغم من الكتابات الغزيرة في الإعجاز الاقتصادي في القرآن إلا أن معظمها كانت في الإعجاز الاقتصادي التشريعي للقرآن، والتي أظهرت عظمة التشريعات الاقتصادية مثل تحريم الربا، وفرض الزكاة، وتأثير تقييد الحرية الاقتصادية للسلوك بالضوابط الشرعية في تحقيق العدالة وتنمية الموارد واستغلالها، إلا أن المحاولة الوحيدة التي تم الاطلاع عليها في التفسير الاقتصادي العلمي للقرآن الكريم كانت محاولة الدكتور رفيق المصري في كتابه (الإعجاز الاقتصادي للقرآن الكريم)، ويقصد بذلك الإعجاز الاقتصادي العلمي للاقتصاد حيث حاول إثبات سبق القرآن إلى المفاهيم والنظريات الاقتصادية السائدة في الأدبيات الرأسمالية. ويقع الكتاب في 120 صفحة من القطع المتوسط ويتكون من مقدمة وثمانية عشر فصلا، نشر عام 1426هـ بدار القلم بدمشق.وتميز الكتاب بالسلاسة والسهولة والبساطة في شرح المفاهيم الاقتصادية، يهدف الكتاب إلى إظهار الإعجاز الاقتصادي العلمي للقرآن، وذلك بتفسير بعض الآيات القرآنية تفسيرات يمكن أن تنطبق على النظريات والمفاهيم والمصطلحات الاقتصادية، ويدعم ذلك التفسير بما يناسبه من الأحاديث والأحكام الفقهية، ويدافع عن طريقته، بأن تفسير الآيات على ضروب، يمكن أن يضاف إليها تفسير أهل العلم والاختصاص في المجالات المختلفة، ويعتقد أن ذلك سوف يؤدي إلى تفسير أفضل وأعمق وأدق، ذلك لأن علوم العصر ومعارفه لها تأثير على التفسير، إذ إن النص الشرعي يعين على فهمه الواقع أو المشاهدة أو التجربة.
