Abstract

-- تتسم مساهمات الدكتور رفيق المصري بالأصالة والرصانة، وقد كانت له مساهمات في كل موضوعات الاقتصاد الإسلامي تقريبا، ومنها في التأمين، وقد نشر مساهماته تلك في صحف ومجلات مختلفة وقد قام بتجميعها في كتاب بعنوان (الخطر والتأمين: هل التأمين التجاري جائز شرعا؟)، دار القلم، 1422هـ وقد أسقط في كتابه جميع الاعتراضات على التأمين التجاري ودحض كل الأسس التي يقوم عليها حكم إجازة التأمين التعاوني، ليجيز الدكتور وعلى غير عادته بطريقة غير مباشرة التأمين التجاري، وذلك بصيغة أسئلة عن حكمه، لربما لتجنب المواجهة مع من يحرمون التأمين التجاري. وتأتي مناقشة الدكتور رفيق بناء على دعوته وترحيبه لكل ملاحظة، أو انطباع، أو توضيح من قبل القراء.
