Abstract

-- يسود العالم نظرة تشاؤمية نحو المستقبل الاقتصادي الذي ينتظر العالم، ولهذه النظرة ما يبررها، فمن ذلك: 1- لم تأت العولمة بالثمار الموعودة، ففي الوقت الذي زاد فيه حجم التجارة الدولية لم توزع ثمار هذه التجارة بالتساوي على البشر، فقد زادت الفجوة بين الفقراء والأغنياء، وكرست ثقافة العولمة تقسيم المجتمع الإنساني إلى ناد للأغنياء (20%) ، وآخر للفقراء (80%). [التقرير الاقتصادي الصادر عن صندوق النقد لعام 2007م عمل عنوان: Globalization and Inequality].
