Abstract

-- بيع الدين من المسائل الفقهية المعقدة، وفي الآونة الأخيرة كتب فيها كثيرون، منهم نزيه حماد (بيع الكالئ بالكالئ, 1406هـ)، والموسوعة الفقهية الكويتية (التصرف في الدين، 1412هـ)، وعبدالله المنيع (بيع الدين، 1417هـ)، ووهبة الزحيلي (بيع الدين، 1419هـ)، ومجلة مجمع الفقه بجدة (الدورة 11, 1419هـ)، ومجلة دراسات اقتصادية إسلامية (ندوة حول بيع الدين، 1420هـ) . ولا يزال الأمر بحاجة إلى المزيد، فليس كل ما كتب حسنًا وواضحًا وعميقًا ودقيقًا وشاملا ً، بما يشفي الغليل.
