Abstract

-- موضوع القروض المتبادلة أو على نحو أوسع ، القروض المشروطة بقروض مقابلة من المواضيع التي يدور النقاش حول مدى إمكانية القبول الشرعي لها ، ومن ثم مدى إمكانية قبول المقترحات والصور المطبقة بالفعل ، سواء على مستوى الأفراد أو المؤسسات عموما أو المؤسسات المصرفية على وجه الخصوص ، والتي تقوم في جوهرها على تبادل القروض أو اشتراط قرض في مقابل قرض . ونظرا للأهمية النظرية للموضوع من جهة ، ولوجود تلك المقترحات والتطبيقات من جهة أخرى ، فإن هذه الورقة تطرح هذا الموضوع من أجل المناقشة وتداول الآراء للوصول إلى نتيجة يمكن الاطمئنان إليها والالتزام بها.
