There is no abstract تحلل هذه الورقة آثار التعاليم الإسلامية على هياكل المصارف وأنشطتها ، مع التركيز على قضايا الرقابة المصرفية . وتبرز وتناقش هذه المشكلات في سياق صيغة نموذجية للنظام المصرفي الإسلامي وأيضا في سياق أطر العمل الواقعة بين الصيغة النموذجية والعمليات المصرفية التقليدية . وتم كذلك استعراض حالة المصارف الإسلامية العاملة في ظل نظام تقليدي .
