Abstract

-- إن نشوء البنوك الإسلامية ظاهرة فريدة في التطور الاجتماعي/الاقتصادي وما يرافقه من تطور في العلوم الاجتماعية وبخاصة علم الاقتصاد . والعلوم عموما ومنها العلوم الاجتماعية - تسعى دائما إلى تفسير الواقع واكتشاف العلاقات الموضوعية بين جزيئاته، ثم توظيف هذه المعرفة في خدمة الإنسان، في حياته الفردية والجماعية معا . وفي هذا الجانب لا تختلف العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية عن العلوم الطبيعية. أما ظاهرة البنوك الإسلامية فقد بدأ التنظير لها قبل ولادتها، ثم استمر في معزل عن أية دراسة موضوعية محضة تهدف إلى التعرف الموضوعي - لا المعياري - على الظاهرة نفسها وتفسيرها واكتشاف العلاقات الداخلية بين جزيئاتها وعلاقاتها مع البيئة الاجتماعية الاقتصادية المحيطة. ومازال معظم الدراسات التي تجرى حول هذه الظاهرة يركز على ما إذا كانت المصارف الإسلامية ملتزمة بالمنهج النظري الذي سبقها وإلى أي حد تنسجم أو تتعارض معه، وما هي الجهود التي تبذلها - أو يطلب منها بذلها - من أجل تصحيح مسارها، وهل هي إسلامية حقا أم أنها لاربوية فقط، وما إذا كانت هنالك حاجة لإعادة أسلمة البنوك الإسلامية .
