Abstract

-- عند قراءتي لبحث الأستاذ الدكتور مختار محمد متولي، وكان بحثًا اقتصاديًا رائعًا بحق - لاحظت عليه ملاحظة شرعية أضعها بين أيديكم. ورد في ص 8 فقرة 3 في معرض المقارنة بين الزكاة والضرائب التصاعدية ما يلي: "تعتبر الزكاة فريضة دينية خالدة واجبة على كل مسلم بالغ عاقل حر..". والثابت شرعًا أن البلوغ والعقل ليسا من شروط وجوب الزكاة لما ثبت من أحاديث شريفة حول هذا الموضوع.
