Abstract

-- قد يحدث أحيانًا أنك ترفع حجرًا، فتقع على كنز ثمين، والسفتجة في الفقه الإسلامي واحدة من الذخائر التي قلما يُنتبه إليها، وإلى مدى ما تميط اللثام عنه من أفكار ومبادئ ولطائف فقهية، تعين على فهم بعض ما اختُلف فيه واشتُبه، ولا تخفى أهميتها على مستوى التعامل بين الأفراد، أو بين المصارف وغيرها، كما سيتبين من خلال البحث الآتي: معنى السفتجة: يمكن تعريف السفتجة بأن أحدهم يُقرض آخر مالاً في مكان، ليوفيه المقترضُ (أو نائبُه) إلى المقرض نفسه (أو نائبِه) في مكان آخر. وهذا يعني باختصار إن المقترض يسدد القرض في غير البلدة التي اقترض فيها، وبعبارة أخرى فإن مكان الوفاء يختلف عن مكان القرض.
