Islamic distribution systems نظم التوزيع الإسلامية

Abstract

-- بعد المقدمات، يوجز القسم الثاني من البحث أهم المعايير الممكنة لتوزيع الدخل والثروة في أي مجتمع، والوسائل العامة المتاحة لتحقيق توزيع معين. ثم يعرض القسم الثالث واحدًا وعشرين نظامًا للتوزيع مما طبق فعلاً في صدر الإسلام خلال العهد النبوي والخلافة الراشدة، مع التنويه ببعض الدلالات الاقتصادية المتوقعة لتلك النظم. ويحوي القسم الرابع نتائج عامة تم استقراؤها من القسم السابق للإجابة على ثلاثة أسئلة: ما أهداف الإسلام في التوزيع، وما عناصر منهجه لتحقيق تلك الأهداف، وما معيار قبوله أو رفضه لتوزيع معين؟ ونختتم البحث بعشر قواعد توزيعية مستنتجة مما سبق. ونأمل أن يزيد هذا البحث الاهتمام باستنباط الدلالات المعاصرة لنظم التوزيع الإسلامية، والصيغ المناسبة لتطبيقها الآن، كما نأمل أن يكون خطوة نحو صياغة نظرية إسلامية معيارية للتوزيع.
