Basic Analysis on Labor Productivity in Japanese Day Service Industry: Evidence from Establishment-Level Data

Abstract

本稿は，厚生労働省がインターネット上で公開している「介護サービス情報の公表」制度にかかる公表データの事業所別データを用いて，通所介護（デイサービス）の労働生産性を分析した。分析の結果，下記の諸点が明らかとなった。（１）鈴木（2020a,b），鈴木（2021a,b,c,d）による一連の居宅介護サービスの分析結果と同様，通所介護についても事業所別の労働生産性には，ある程度の格差が生じている。（２）事業所別の労働生産性には，同一法人が持つ事業所数の規模の利益，同一法人が実施している他の介護事業に関する範囲の利益（一部，範囲の不利益），操業期間によるラーニング効果，地域の人口要因，サービスの質などが影響している。これらの特徴は，鈴木（2020a），鈴木（2001a,b,c）によって，訪問介護や訪問入浴，訪問看護，居宅介護支援について観察された結果に概ね似通っている。
