Abstract

金融活動における情報と価格の関係についての分析と分析技法は，過去半世紀の間に大きく発展した。そのいくつかを展望し論評してみよう。金融と情報の関連，そして金融仲介機能に関連するテーマを展開する。前者については情報セキュリティとその投資を，後者ではファンドが行っている金融仲介機能を分析できることを特に最終的な目的としたい。
