Zufriedenheit mit der Arbeitszeit - wie kann sie gelingen? Eine Analyse der Arbeitszeiten nach Geschlecht und Statusgruppen

Abstract

Das Working Paper gibt einen Überblick über gruppenspezifische Unterschiede in den Arbeitszeiten von Männern und Frauen. Im Mittelpunkt steht die detaillierte Beschreibung der aktuellen Arbeitszeiten abhängig Beschäftigter sowie ihrer Präferenzen. Welche Arbeits- und Privatzusammenhänge sind für eine gleichberechtigte Teilhabe von Frauen am Arbeitsmarkt besonders förderlich bzw. hemmend? Handlungsbedarf und -empfehlungen für eine gleichberechtigtere Teilhabe von Frauen und Männern im Erwerbs- und Familienleben lassen sich aus den Analysen ableiten.
