Einkaufs- und Ernährungsverhalten sowie Resilienz des Ernährungssystems aus Sicht der Bevölkerung: Eine Studie während der Corona-Pandemie im November 2020. Ergebnisse der dritten Befragungswelle

Abstract

Zu drei Zeitpunkten (April, Juni und November 2020) wurden dieselben Personen während der Corona-Pandemie zu ihrem Einkaufs-, Ernährungs- und Kochverhalten sowie zur Krisenfestigkeit des Ernäh-rungssystems befragt. Die Stichprobe stellt dabei eine repräsentative Auswahl in Bezug auf Alter, Ge-schlecht, Bildung und regionale Verteilung für die Bevölkerung in Deutschland dar. In dem vorliegen-den Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse der dritten und letzten Befragung im November 2020 - vor allem auch im Vergleich zu den vorangegangenen Befragungen - berichtet. Die dritte Befragung der jetzt noch 422 Verbraucher*innen erfolgte im Zeitraum vom 11. November bis zum 01. Dezember 2020, also zu einem Zeitpunkt, in dem sich Deutschland im "Lockdown Light" befand und stark steigende Infektions-zahlen verzeichnet wurden.
