Abstract

A comprehensive study of personal and professional identity allows us to judge not only the general level of social, professional and personal comfort, but also to anticipate the level of professional potential of the surveyed, taking into account the conditions and factors of both organizational and personal order, to predict the effectiveness of their professional activities. This approach also makes it possible to develop recommendations and proposals for increasing the level of self-identity of the individual, which is important in the development and implementation of such a management training program for persons included in the management reserve, which will further improve the performance of trainees in the future.
