Abstract

The monograph deals with the competitiveness of agricultural specialists in the regional market for skilled labor. Theoretical questions of development of the labor market and its dynamics, branch specificity of agriculture, analysis of the supply of qualified personnel of agricultural organizations of the region are investigated. A technique for assessing the competitiveness of specialists is proposed. Recommendations are given to state authorities, local self-government bodies, educational institutions for providing agriculture with qualified specialists, measures are proposed to improve the quality of educational services, in particular, to solve problems through the development of integrated programs for staffing the village, creating an industry cadre cluster. The book is addressed to specialists in the field of agricultural labor, managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises, farmers, employees of consulting services, employees of government bodies, teachers and students of educational institutions of agricultural profile.
