基于生态足迹及hdi的城市地区可持续发展动态评价

Abstract

定量评价可持续发展的状态及变化对于推进城市地区的可持续发展至关重要。将生态足迹与人类发展指数(HDI)相结合能量化社会发展的水平及其可持续程度,避免评价结果的生态化偏向。对深圳市龙岗区1993-2005年的可持续发展状态进行了实证研究,探讨了生态足迹当量(人均生态足迹与全球人均生态承载力之比)、万元GDP生态足迹同HDI的动态变化关系,并对生态足迹各组分与HDI的相关关系进行了分析。结果显示该区在研究时段内符合可持续发展的基本条件,但总体上存在偏离可持续发展象限的趋势;万元GDP生态足迹12年间下降了61%,降至0.579 hm2/万元,资源利用效率不断提高;人均生态足迹、总生态足迹均与HDI显著相关,相关系数为0.928和0.947,化石燃料的消耗同龙岗区发展的关系最为密切。提高资源利用效率、调整产业结构及适量控制人口规模是当地维持可持续发展的必要措施。最后对生态足迹与HDI联合使用的优缺点进行了探讨,指出了进一步完善的方向。
