Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научен анализ са разпоредби от Закона за защита срещу дискриминацията, приет през 2003 година, които са относими към забраната за дискриминация в трудовите отношения и процеса на колективно трудово договаряне. Разгледани са ролята на синдикатите, възможността в колективен трудов договор да има дискриминационни клаузи, средствата за защита срещу такива клаузи, ролята на Комисия за защита от дискриминация и други държавни органи. Направени са предложения за усъвършенстване на действащото законодателство.
