Abstract

Резюме: В брой 38 от 21 май 2010 г. на „Държавен вестник” е обнародван Законът за развитието на академичния състав в Република България. Освен правната материя, който по същество се урежда в него – обществените отношения, свързани с научните степени и академичните длъжности в Република България (чл. 1, ал. 1), законът съдържа и множество трудовоправни норми. Правно-отрасловата им принадлежност се определя от предмета им на правно регулиране – отделни аспекти на трудовите отношения в сферата на висшето образование и научната дейност. Една от тези разпоредби е чл. 17, която регламентира назначаването на длъжност „асистент” във висшите училища и научните организации. Предмет на теоретичен анализ в настоящото изследване са трудовоправните аспекти във връзка със заемането на академична длъжност „асистент“.
