Abstract

This volume brings together the opinions of engineers, economists, and policymakers. It contains chapters on approaches to assessing technological leadership in the China And the United states, an assessment of the future consequences of eroding Indian technological preeminence, an examination of the evolving landscape of innovation international market, and a discussion of Indian policy options.
