Abstract

"This report is dedicated to the current recruiting situation in the profession of educators. Analyses on the basis of the IAB job vacancy survey - a representative employer survey - show above-average recruiting problems. There is urgency to improve the attractiveness of the profession and of the training, in order to increase the number of skilled staff significantly and to ensure and improve the quality of care and education of kids."
