Abstract

Ce papier présente la façon (méthode et outils conceptuels) dont l'institutionnalisme américain, et tout particulièrement J.R. Commons, pense le marché comme une institution résultant d'un processus de construction sociale. Il souligne combien l'approche institutionnaliste met l'accent sur l'imbrication des pouvoirs économiques et des pouvoirs politiques dans ce processus.
