Coordination des Politiques Budgétaires dans une Union Monétaire Hétérogène: Modélisation et Application à l'UEM

Abstract

L'objectif de l'article est d'étudier la coordination des politiques budgétaires dans une union monétaire en termes de stabilisation. Cette étude s'effectue à l'aide d'une modélisation et de simulations numériques. L'apport de ce papier est de se placer dans une union monétaire hétérogène, proche de ce qui est l'UEM. Les résultats indiquent que la coordination des politiques budgétaires améliore la stabilisation des pays dans une union monétaire, mais ces gains de coordination sont fortement sensibles aux hétérogénéités, ce qui peut inciter les pays à ne pas vouloir se coordonner.
