Abstract

The "Doha Round" may be finished in 2011, more than ten years after having been officially launched.2 A detailed description of the negotiations over such a long period goes far beyond the scope of a chapter, and would require a book.3 Rather, this chapter focuses on the four key questions faced by the Doha Round, and indeed by every future Round.
