Abstract

Cette communication présente différentes possibilités d'évaluation des dommages environnementaux générés par les activités d'une organisation. Dans un premier temps, nous présentons d'une part, l'éventail des principales solutions économiques d'internalisation et d'autre part, les spécificités des méthodes gestionnaires appliquées à la problématique environnementale. Cette description nous permet de faire apparaître leurs complémentarités. A la suite de ce constat, nous déterminons un arbre de choix permettant de les articuler. Dans un second temps, nous l'appliquons à deux problématiques environnementales rencontrées par le Ministère de la Défense (la dépollution des sols et la construction de bâtiments HQE ) afin d'en tester la validité. Cette étude de cas fait ressortir l'intérêt de coupler ces deux approches : cela permet de dépasser leurs limites respectives.
