La GRH-Territoriale : une innovation sociale pour l'emploi dans les métiers des SAP

Abstract

La GRH territoriale constitue un levier pour développer l'employabilité des personnes et l'attractivité des entreprises (Loufrani-Fedida & Saint-Germes, 2018; Saint-germes et al., 2013; Urasadettan, 2020; Urasadettan & Schmidt, 2020). Les entreprises réunies sur un bassin d'emploi se rassemblent et collaborent pour trouver des solutions à leurs problèmes communs en matière de recrutement, de gestion des compétences et d'amélioration de la QVT 1 (Taddei & Tilloy, 2017). Selon Loufrani-Fedida & Saint-Germes (2018), le territoire devient une partie prenante et un acteur principal dans le management et le développement des entreprises. L'objectif de cette communication est d'analyser comment la GRH-T 2 constitue une innovation sociale au service de l'emploi dans les métiers des services à la personne (SAP). Notre étude s'appuie sur le cas de la communauté de communes « Coeur de Nacre » qui a initié et coordonné une GRH-T. Nous nous sommes associée à Cœur de Nacre pour l'accompagner dans ses actions territoriales et trouver des solutions pour l'emploi dans les métiers des SAP en tension.
