Émergence d’une GRH Territoriale et réseau inter firmes

Abstract

A partir de l'expérience d'un Système Productif Local (SPL) de plus de 10 ans nous analysons les relations entre ce réseau inter firmes et son territoire, un bassin d'emploi. Au delà des aspects financiers les enjeux se sont essentiellement placés au niveau des ressources humaines. Notre recherche s'appuie sur l'étude en profondeur menée depuis deux ans, d'un SPL. En collectant nos données à l'intérieur du réseau et à ses frontières, l'importance de la relation entre le réseau et son territoire s'est révélée, notamment au plan de la GRH. Nous avons alors analysé ces interactions (Giddens, 1987) en identifiant les acteurs clefs, leurs positions, leurs attentes et les processus de structuration d'une GRH T apportant des éléments de réponse à la question suivante: comment les réseaux d'entreprises favorisent t-ils la structuration d'une GRH T?Les réseaux animent la structuration d'actions territoriales favorables à l'émergence d'une GRH T en favorisant certains ajustements: clarification des rôles, responsabilisation et mutualisation.
