Abstract

Notre communication présente une recherche-action réalisée afin d'étudier les compétences des managers de proximité au sein d'un organisme bancaire. Elle se penche sur ces compétences déployées dans un contexte hypermoderne, fortement marqué par l'inclusion d'outils numériques dans les activités. Après avoir conceptualisé ce que sont a priori les compétences hypermodernes, nous les détecterons au moyen d'une recherche-action. Nous exposons des compétences issues de notre recherche, telles que l'adaptabilité, la gestion des priorités ou le management à distance avant de les discuter à l'aune de l'hypermodernité.
